Can I request a topping not listed?

​

Yes, we specialize in crafting specialty toppings. We won't promise that we can execute a topping that's not listed on our menu, but we'll attempt to fulfill special orders.

 

 

Are your Funnel Cakes made-to-order?

 

Yes, always.

 

 

Do you travel outside of Richmond for events?

 

Yes, but we charge a fee for every additional 40 miles outside of Richmond.​

Is there a deposit required after booking?

​

Yes, In order to secure your event, a $75 deposit via credit card is required. The remaining balance is due one day before your event. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits can be transferred to another date if available, but transfers must be made no later than 10 days prior to event date. Events that are canceled within 48 hours from the scheduled event, or where no one is present upon arrival at the address provided by the client, will be charged the full amount. 

 

How do I book Funnel Cake Recess for my event?

How far in advance do I need to book an event?

You can contact us for booking at anytime. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs if our schedule is open. Early booking is always better.

Does Funnel Cake Recess operate indoors?

​

We aren't able to cook indoors, but if there's staff to transport items we're open and available.

Does Funnel Cake Recess operate in inclement weather?

​

Yes, however, Funnel Cake Recess reserves the right to cancel an event due to inclement weather, clients will receive a full refund if that is determined by Funnel Cake Recess. *** Clients can reschedule any event due to a weather cancellation if we have an opening on your new date ***
